Go to View > Slide Master.
Hit the shift key then click on the body text box (this
will select all the text -- assuming you don't want ANY
bullets). Click Format>Bullets>None. All of your bullets
will "Disappear". If you only want to permanently delete
the bullets for one text level, just click on that level
only. Then follow the same procedure.
