PPT 2003 Cannot get Clips on the Web

Have internet connection through Internet Explorer 6.0. However, when
searching for clip art, results do not automatically include content from the
Microsoft Office Online Web site. What needs to be done?

Click on Insert, Clip Art to open the Clip Art frame. Then click on the drop
down arrow in the Search in: box. Make sure Web collections is checked.

All boxes are checked including Web Collections.
