No. You can remove the print command from under the file menu and remove
the printer icon from the tool bar, but Ctl+P would still work. Even this
is on a machine by machine basis and would be for all presentations.
But even if it was, there is no way to keep something that is viewable on
the screen from being printable on paper.
I suspect you are thinking of reducing the amount of paper that your
students chew thru when they carelessly use the print command from
PowerPoint. You may want to look at the SaveTheTrees add-in. It will limit
the automatic printing to handouts instead of full page slides.
