PPT Won't allow Pen Mode when run from automation only on Tablet P

Hi,

I cannot switch to Pen mode when PPT slideshow is started up through
automation and it is being run from the Tablet PC.

I noticed a few other posts about this problem, but don't know if a fix is
planned.

Basically, if you take the sample (automation and capturing events for PPT)
from MSDN, start up a slide show and try and select pen mode, it just ignores
you. I verified that it does work however, on a non tablet version of
Windows XP. This is in office 2003 with all updates installed.



A bit frustrating....
