Pre fixing a code while dailing contact

I am a regular outlook user, I use dailer for calling my contacts. The
pre-fix digit in the dailing properties not functioning in outlook 2003. I
was using this property before upgrading my outlook XP.

Can i get any work-around??

Since dialing prefixes are controlled by the operating system, that's the
place to look -- in Control Panel | Phone and Modems.

Thanks for the response. As mentioned earlier, my OS & Modem configurations
remains same, Only change was upgraded from Outlook XP to Outlook2003.

Outlook 2003 didn't change anything in that area. I would check the dialing
rule settings again.
