Can you provide some more details?
Do you have a URL and template name for the download?
What version of Word are you using?
How are you using the template (steps)?
If you're talking about the background image from an
HTM/Web document through Format=>Background,
that only prints when you're in Word 2003.
In earlier versions of Word you'd need to use
View=>Header/Footer and insert a graphic and stretch
it to cover the page.
