I recently tried to set up Presenter View for the first time. Everything went
well with the setup. The first time I went to activate my presentation with
Presenter View it displayed correctly. But immediately I got an error message
that PP had an error and had to close.
When I let it proceed to close, I got some sort of message about an add-in.
The message said something about me wanting the add-in reloaded and I
indicated Yes. I think I had to press Yes twice, so perhaps this was looking
at more than one add-in.
Well then I reopened PP and tried to display my presentation. Everything
worked fine with the presentation on the projector and my desktop still
displaying PP. But the Presenter View did not come up on the laptop, just PP
was there. On my colleagues machine everything worked just fine.
I have tried Detect and Repair and have even tried re-installing Office Pro
2003, but I still can't see the Presenter View special screen - it simply
does not start up.
Any clues?
