presenter view does not work

Presenter view worked fine, then for some unexplained reason it will no
work even though it is checked under show set-up, and two monitors ar
both active.

The show works in two monitors but the presenter view does not.

Has anybody any ideas

Restore to an earlier point and re-install

That's not what I mean, what I meant was put your PowerPoint in a folder
alone with your video files, do not put your video files in a sub folder.Go
back into your PowerPoint presentation and go to the slides that you have
inserted video on, delete and reinsert but from the folder you created with
the PowerPoint presentation and video's in same folder. In this way when you
save it will look for the videos in that folder only and this is the folder
you burn to cd. If you are using PowerPoint 2003 it will burn to cd for you
and find all of the videos on its own and put on the cd.
