Yes (sort of), if you're using Outlook 2003 with Digital Rights Management.
I say "sort of" because no scheme is fool-proof; obviously you can't prevent
somebody who can otherwise read the message from taking a digital picture of
their monitor then sending that picture to somebody and other such.
But you can disable their ability to just click "Forward" if you're using
Digital Rights Management. Makes it harder for them.
