I want to clarify. Word 2003 has a setting to print color text as black on
noncolor printers, as described in another post. But I cannot find this
setting in Word 2007. Do you know how solve this problem?

It's in the same place, more or less, in Word 2007. What were called
"Compatibility Options" in previous versions are called "Layout Options" in
Word 2007 and are at the very bottom of Office Button | Word Options |
Advanced. Click the + to expand the list.
