I have a Xerox Phaser6250dp printer attached to the network. It is
normally used by just three workstations. One of them has the
Postscript driver, all have the same problem. An Access report is
supposed to print duplexed and in color. The code setting up the data
for the report also looks to see if the Phaser 6250 is available and
if so sets it as the default printer and then sets the desired
properties. If the report is previewed and then printed the results
are correct. If the report is just printed then it is single sided,
and may or may not be in color.
Access 2003, SP2, Windows XP SP2.
Anyone have any ideas what is causing this problem?
