Print is cut off

Hi everyone

I have a user who is having problems printing emails

if he highlights the email and clicks on the printer icon the print is cut
off from the left

if he double clicks on and email and opens it and prints it it is not cut off.

I haven't checked his margins but I wolud think that if it prints correctly
when you doulbe click on it the margins should be fine.

any suggestions

and does outlook handle printing different depending on if the message is
only high lighted or double clicked and opened??
