print layout not exact

I've set my page setup to 2.25" X 3.25" for a wallet sized card I'm
creating. The size appears correct when viewing, but when I print, the
result is a bit larger than what I viewed. I looks like half an inch is
added all around, making my card bigger than the original setup. I see this
difference in print preview, but in the main view I don't see where
publisher is adding this on or how to adjust it. Any suggestions on how to
fix this? Thanks.

Check your page setup/printer setup. Some inkjet printers throw a margin in the printer setup window in addition to the margins in the page setup.
