print margins pyblisher MS Office 2000

Using MS office 2000 Publisher . I am trying to print out tiled bussiness
cards on pre perforated card. When I print it is printing to high up in the
page causing the card to fall out of the perforated space.... so IM getting
half a card on each space. I have tried changing the margins in layout but
it makes no difference. I have set my margins in print set up to match up
with the size of the card. Anyone know what IM doing wrong or how I can make
the printing strat 2 cms into the page.

Are you using an inkjet? Could be the roller isn't picking up the paper properly.
Most inkjets have a release for heavier stock. Is you driver current? Is the page
setup correct for A4?
There are templates for UK business cards here, might use a different template, could
help.
