Print one jumbo postcard at a time, not 2 per page

I am printing on jumbo postcards that are already cut, so I need to print
just one card at a time, beginning at the top margin. The only format option
I can find for one per page is printing the card on the CENTER vertical half
of the page, out of the middle of a sheet. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Thanks!

It's much easier to forget about special formats/templates/wizards for this
type of printing. I use this quick and dirty method. Use a blank page and
either copy the existing postcard to that page or create it from scratch. On
the screen, position the postcard so that it is aligned to the top left
corner. In rare instances the paper guide will center items smaller than a
full sheet. In this case, align it so that it is centered from side to side,
but the top edge is still at the top of the page. Neither the printer or
Publisher is concerned about the physical dimensions of the media. They both
think the item being fed in is a letter size sheet. This is the way I always
print envelopes and any other less than letter size item.

Setup your printer to the size of your card first, most printers have custom setups,
the page setup will reflect your printer setup.
