print preview and page on screen don't match in MS Publisher

I typed a book of around 36 pages and at page 18 the script on screen page
are not the same the the print preview. I had to totally change screen page
to make sure the printed page was lined up.

Now I want to add to the book but would like to straighten out the screen
page to match with print preview.

Could you tell me what I may have done incorrect?
