Print Preview Booklet

Hi - we are creating a booklet of about 40 pages.

When we preview the booklet, it does odd things with some of the pages -
i.e. bits of pictures appear randomly on other pages. However, when we
print these pages, they are fine.

Is the preview problem because we are previewing on printers that do not do
double-sided printing? In normal view, everything is fine.

We're concerned that when we send this to the printers some of the graphics
will be all over the place.

Any help appreciated

Thanks

I should have mentioned - you only get the odd preview when you preview
whilst in "view two page spread" mode. If you are in single page preview,
all is normal.

I am hoping this a a driver issue and won't be an issue when we go to
print - as we are having this printed at the printers

I would recommend creating a PDF file to send to your printers. If the PDF
file appears as it should in this respect, then there is little reason to
believe that the final output will not be so.

Do you have images in the scratch area? If you do, drag them either above or below
your publication. If you have no problem printing locally, your print shop should be
okay too.

All the images are within the print area (is that what you mean). We can
print it locally but print preview is showing very odd things happening.

When we pdf the file, everything is fine so not too concerned - that is the
way we are sending it to the printers - but wonder why this is happening in
the first place.
