Print Preview in Office Picture Manger

With Windows XP, am using Microsoft Office Pro 2003. When using OFFICE
PICTURE MANAGER, Photo Printing Wizard works but does not show PRINT PREVIEW.
Screen area when Print Preview should appear only shows blue dashes.
Pictures print ok. Print Preview would be most helpful Any help appreciated.
