Print problem with HTML layout messages

Outlook 2003

Printing messages formatted in HTML is printed on another paper size.
Manually change each message to (our country's default) A4 and the print it
works fine. Also plain text messages are printing correctly.

I changed the memo mode style, changed the printer properties etc. but after
restarting outlook the default is LETTER again.

Problem only occurs in Outlook 2003 (os = xp). Other programs works fine.

Anyone?
