Printing HTML from outlook 2003

I have Outlook 2003 and IE8. When printing HTML messages, the right hand side
of the message is cropped. Whatever I try in Outlook and IE8 does not fix the
problem. Even printing in landscape, the right side of the message is
cropped. The header and footer of the message print OK though (in portrait or
landscape).

The message displays on screen OK

Interestingly, everything printed ok, until I upgraded to IE8 from IE6.

Any help appreciated as the HTML messages are orders and we need to print
the entire message out correctly so we can process our orders correctly.
