I have client that uses Outlook 2003 with all updates (claimed but not
varified), when she prints and email it will print from the envelope tray (HP
4000 N). I can go into the setting in Outlook it's self has the default
settings are for "letter" from "letter tray" but each email is set to print
on an evelope. I can change the setting on an email and print and it prints
fine, but once I close that email and reopen it it will print on an envelope
again.
Word is not used as the default editor.
