Print won't collate

One of the users here wants to print and collate multiple copies of a
presentation. The collate option doesn't work and each sheet prints multiple
times before the next sheet. When I try to print (we're printing to the same
printer) a presentation the same way, mine doesn't even print more than 1
copy. We are using PPt 2000, HP Laser Jet 5 SI printer. Any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply Steve. I figured it had to be a printer driver so I'll
take this to PC Tech and have them take a look.
