There must be a way to print more than one envelope to the same addressee
without removing the information before the second envelope is printed

I suppose it would have been nice of Microsoft to put a "number of copies" item
in the Envelopes dialog, but there never has been one.

Technically, you could click the Add to Document button in the Envelopes dialog,
then go to File > Print and tell it to print only page 0 (which is the way Word
inserts the envelope), and set the number of copies to print.

All of that is too much work, though. It's easier just to copy the address to
the clipboard (either before opening the Envelope dialog or directly from the
dialog's Address box); print one copy; reopen the dialog (Alt+T,E,E), paste in
the address, and print again.

Click "Add to Document." This will give you an envelope document. You can
print as many copies as you like of page 0 or section 1.

Some printers let you specify the # of copies in the Properties dialog
box.
