Printing a draft with addressees

I use MS-Word as my email editor and after typing an email and inserting the
addressees email addresses also have saved it as a draft.

Now I want to print a copy of the same for approval from my senior but
unfortunately what I get is a totally simple word type of document not one in
the memo form as of received or sent email.

Any hint how to overcome this?
