Can we assume you got to step 6 in the Wizard (Word 2002?). You should then
see options to "Print..." and "Edit individual labels...". If you Print, you
should just need to follow the dialog boxes. If you "Edit individual
labels", what happens is that the merge is performed to a new output
document which becomes the "active document".
Then you make any changes you want, then /print that document/.
(Personally I find the "Edit individual labels" text a bit ambiguous as some
people may understand it to mean "Edit the individual labels, then go back
to step 6, then "Print...")
But if that does not help, what are you seeing, what is going wrong, and at
what point?

I have a list of contacts in MS Outlook that I need to print address
labels for. The Mail Merge button takes me the Wizard and I get through all
the steps except the last one and it won't let me finish. How can I make
labels? I am going around in clrcles and am frustrated!
