Printing Avery 4013 Tractor fed Label Feed Problems

Ok, every thread I see about this ends w/out the problem being solved or
answered at all, so I'm hoping for some resolution on this.

I did a label wizard and selected the Avery 4013 label size and the template
looks fine. The problem is that once the label prints it spits out at least
another inche of label under it. The top and bottom margins are set to 0 and
I have no headers or footers.

I've tried doing my own report but that sucker wants to form feed an 8 1/2 x
11 size paper.

This is driving me nuts and I cannot seem to correct it.

Please help!!!
