Printing Bar Text

I have a project file with about two hundred activities.

One of the bar formats I have defined has bar text to the right of the bar.
The text field used is text2.

When printed or previewed for print, the text on the first bar of each page
is some little way to the right of the bar where as others are right next to
the bar.

In the working view it is fine.

Peter,
My first guess is that there are leading spaces ahead of the text in
Text2 for that task. You may not notice them when you view the field
itself but they will definitely leave a space on the Gantt display.

Don't think so. See the problem comes up only when a particular bar with text
in text2 is the first bar with text on the printed page.

If the printout is re formatted with page breaks or a different paper size
then the text prints ok where before it had the space problem. The space
problem then moves to the bar that is now the first on page with text.

Peter,
OK, now it sounds like there may be an issue with your print driver. Can
you try it on a different printer (i.e. that uses a different driver)?
If not, you might want to check for updates on the driver you are using.
