Printing custom forms

Hi,

How do we get an entire custom form (lables, pics, design elements, etc.) to
print?

We want to use some custom forms in our office, and we can create and send
the forms just fine, but when we print them they only print the message box
area. We need them to print the entire form.

Or maybe somebody can point us to a good custom forms tutorial online
somewhere.
