printing different business cards on the same sheet

B

Brian McCoy

How do I print the same business cards, but with
different peoples name on them. Say there is ten cards to
a sheet and I want to print five with my name and 5 with
one of my employees name on them. I have done all kinds
of searches and can't figure out how to do this. Please
help.

Getting 5 and 5 is going to take creating a page of cards manually unless you have
Publisher 2003 and use the catalog merge. Mail merge will be okay if you plan to have
10 cards each.

Why couldn't you merge five entries of Person A and five of Person B?

Most of my merge publication do not involve two entries in a data base. I've tried to
merge two names and that is what I get, two names and eight blank cards. The only way
I can make it work would input the same information 5 times for each name. It is
simpler for me to just set it up manually. That way I don't have to think too deep...
