Printing Dilemma

OK...

For my company...I create Parking Lot map layouts in Publisher (on an 8.5" X
14" template); & import an AutoCAD drawing of the lot as an OLE. When I
used to print the finished file to my office printer (an HP 1610),
everything worked fine. Then, my office got an HP 2800 for the mail room.

Now, when I print to my office printer (the 1610)...all of a sudden the page
size gets automatically reconfigured to 8.5" X 11"...w/ the boundaries of
the drawing hanging over the ends; & then prints as tho it's printing to the
same size, cutting off the ends.

What's gone wrong?

BTW - When I print to the 2800, the page size doesn't reconfigure...but the
very top of the drawing gets cut off (but this is a different story for a
different day).

Mary S...

Never mind...went back & found my previous post; & you were right...I hadn't
actually set up the printer configuration. We're all fixed up now.
