Printing Emails From Outlook - Attachment Names Unclear

When I print emails from Outlook attachment names do not come out.

For example instead of showing the Word icon with 'document1.doc' underneath it (as it appears on screen), the printed page will show the Word icon with a series of random chracters (such as squares, arrows, + signs and x's) underneath it

Anyone know how to fix it
