Printing emails Outlook 2003

I am having trouble printing emails to our network printer. The prinouts are
currupted - the words are printed over one another at various points in the
document.

I have Tried:
1. changing print margins on Outlook
2. reinstalling all printers
3. repairing Office install
4. reinstalling Office from scratch
5. uninstalling IE7 back to IE6

nothing seems to work!
