printing greeting cards

I made one X-Mass card and used a side fold avery option, printed fine by
using the properties to print to both sides; then when I made another card
publisher will not let me do the same option (greyed out) and insists on
shreding the page into a one big mess with half the elements off of the page
when go to print setup. Just to try my patience further it will allow me to
open and print the first card no problem. Publisher 2003
