Printing in Microsoft Project

I have a very long time span between two tasks. I would like to print on one
sheet but it compresses so much that I can't read the text. Is there a way
to "suppress" the in between time and print to one page?

I clicked off the "Print Empty Pages" tab on Print Sut Up but it then prints
to two pages.

Hi Ben Davis,

Have you tried zooming out of the Gantt chart to show less detail in the
timescale? Try View > Zoom, entire project. You will loose detail in
the timescale but it shouldn't decrease the text size at all.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

That works. It changes my calender view and leaves text the same. It would
be better if this was an option in Print Set Up vs. changing my normal view
of weeks.

Thanks,
