Printing is garbled.....

When I try to print a Word Document which has text and graphics, my printing
comes out all garbled and no image. Looks like the lines are all printing on
top of each other. I am using a font that is compatible. My printer is an
old one, Canon BJC 250 and my printing program is Canon creative 3. Any help
is appreciated. Jane

What does the document look like in Print Preview? Which version of Word &
Windows? Is this a 'new' problem? What has changed if it worked OK before?

It may be that you need a more current printer driver or that the driver is
corrupted and needs to be re-installed.
