Printing jpeg files

I

IMB

When I try and print some of my saved jpeg files, all I get is a blacked out
box with no image etc.

Any ideas how to fix this?

How are you trying to print them?

Make sure that your version of PowerPoint has the latest patches and your
print drivers are up to date. Which version of PowerPoint are you using?

There were some problems with the first release of 2003, but were corrected
in the Service Packs. Make sure that you have all the service packs
installed to update Office 2003. Because it is doing this in both Word and
PowerPoint I would also make sure that your video drivers are updated.
