Dear Word Gurus,
One of our staff members is having issues being able to print jpg images in
Word documents. It began with the images disappearing when scrolling (which
we fixed by changing the graphics acceleration rate). However, now we can
see them on screen OK, but not in print preview or when printed on paper (and
yes we have made sure under Tools, Options that drawings is selected, and
picture placeholders is deselected). Apparently other staff who open it can
print OK, and it happens even when using different printers.
Any ideas on what may be causing this issue?
