Printing Letter from Contacts

Just Installed outloook 2003. From contacts printing a
letter (right click contact and go to actions and print
letter) (with Word 2000 installed) the error message I
receive is I must install the correct version of word. I
would have thought word 2000 should work ok. Any help
would be appreciated
