Printing notes view-Urgent..

Hi,
I have a .ppt file and i am in need of taking printout of the contents in it
which includes notes below the presentation view. While printing in notes
view I am unable to get the whole contents of the notes. I would like to know
for any formating or any specific change in the default settings so that i
would be able to get the full contents.

Hi Arun,

Have you looked at the print output in Print Preview before printing? Else,
look at the Notes master (which under-pins the output) and see if any place
holders are off the slide. After that, try a different printer.

Hi Arun,

Do you mean that your notes are too extensive and run off the bottom of the
page? If so, I have a solution add-in available (for free) on my website.
http://billdilworth.mvps.org/Add-ins.htm#NoteChord

The add-in allows for overflow in the notes page (by using more than one
notes page per if required).
