Printing on 11 x 17

Trying to print with Pub 2003 on 11 x 17 to HP BI 2600.
After I send job to print, the message "Tabloid size not
loaded in tray Tray 2". All references to page size in
program and print driver are set to 11 x 17. Please help.

From what I know of American paper sizes, Tabloid size *is* 11 x 17"
Do you have the 11 x 17" paper loaded in tray 2?
Or any other tray?

Yes, I have 11 x 17 in Tray 2 and yes tabloid is 11 x 17, but if the page sizes do not match then Publisher will not print the document

Dennis,

You may need to tell your printer that you have 11x17 paper in Tray 2.
There's usually a menu key for that.

I have already done so. I do not have this problem with other MS office applications
