Printing postcards in Publisher?

Sure, setup your page landscape in page setup. In the Arrange menu, set your
margins, grid guides tab, 2 rows, 2 columns. It would be helpful to include
spacing. If you set your margins for .5, type 1 inch in the spacing. Check the
"add center guide." This will guarantee centered postcards.

thank you - does this allow me to insert four separate pictures (different
photos)? I don't need four of the same picture....

I tried what you suggested but no matter what I do I can't select the picture
and change it without it changing all four pictures. I also tried to delete
three of the four but it doesn't seem that that functionality exists. Is
there any screen (other than Print Preview) that allows me to view and select
1 0f the 4 postcards to edit them individually?

Print Preview will show you a repeat of a single entry. Have you actually
tried printing it?

It shouldn't show 4 of the same if the OP is not using a merge. Obviously he/she
is using a merge or a template. Truthfully I don't know what is going on.

Have you started with an 8½ x 11 paper divided into quarters or are your
using a post card template?

Look at the catalog merge in help.
Are you using a text merge for the addresses? If you are setup two publications.
One for the merge and one for the photos. The photo page should be setup the way
I explained in your first post.
The address side should be setup from the page setup menu, selecting postcards.

To have four different cards per sheet you will have to start with a
blank page and lay out your four cards manually, or switch to 2007
Microsoft Publisher (only available in beta currently).
