Printing Postcards

I'm printing 4 cards to a page both sides with merge mail
from a excel file. excel data is printed on both sides of
each card. A queued job is creatd for every 8 cards ( 2
pages of 4 cards each) when the first back page of the
postcard prints the second prints, after that I'm asked
to flip the paper over and the fronts of both pages
print. This is fine but it takes a long time and I have
to sit there and flip the pages. Is there any way to have
it print more than two pages at a time. 20 pages of the
fronts and then 20 pages of the back. I'm am using a
Canon I 850 printer.

Thanks
Henry

Best way is to divide the publication into two files; one for the front, one for the
back.

That didn't seem to work. I have merge data on both side
of the postcard. So what happens is the right top card
ends up with the data for the left top card and so on.
One way around this is to move the records of my data
base but there are 8000 records.
How does Publisher control that only two pages print
before it asks you to flip the pages over. Can this be
changed to 20 pages then flip over?
Thanks
Henry
