Printing Problem

I am printing a 14 page club roster (booklet)which I have done for several
years.
It is now leaving 2 blank pages in the middle.
I can't seem to correct this problem

You have 14 pages. The paper physically has 16 pages (once folded).
Publisher puts the blanks at the end of the print job (which turns out
to be the middle of the publication).

Follow Publisher's advice. Insert pages in groups of 4. This will avoid
this problem, allowing you to place the blank pages where you like. Or
fill them with content.
