Printing Problems in Project 2007

I am experiencing an issue where a project 2003 document, when printed
in Project 2007 does not print satisfactorily. The behavior is that
on a print job from 2003, the print job is slightly over 1mb and 15
pages long. The same 15 pages in Project 2007 create a 10mb printjob
and it falls apart after page 6.

Any ideas?
