Printing ruled lines

Is there any way to print ruled lines onto pages in OneNote? For example, if
I want college-ruled lines on my paper, how to I tell the printer to print
them? Is it even possible? I looked everywhere and found nothing. If
anyone could help me, I'd totally appreciate it!! Thanks!

Hello College Girl,

OneNote 2007 cannot print rule lines. We're looking into changing the
behavior in the future.

For the time being, the best workaround I have found is to create an image
of the lines, then add it as a background image on a page. Save that page as
a template and make it the default.

If you are willing to put forth that much work, there is a powertoy at
http://blogs.msdn.com/johnguin/archive/2007/12/13/template-manager-powertoy-for-onenote-2007.aspx
which can let you update existing pages with the templates it lets you make.
