In order for printing costs to be tracked there are multiple accounts
associated with our network printer. To change from one acount number to
another one has to access the user aunthetication/account track each time.
There is a way for this screen to automatically pop up however I cannot make
this happen. Can anyone help?

Not an Office problem I would have thought, but one for your Printer
Software...
