prints upside down???

Here's a strange one:

We have a small bmp graphic at the top of our letterhead. Everything looks
normal, including the print preview. When it's printed to the main Xerox
printer, it prints fine, but when we print it to an Epson printer, the
graphic is printed upside down! How can this be? I've tried enlarging the
top margin, but it didn't matter.

Hi, Michael,

The only similar problem I ever heard about involved Enhanced Metafile
(EMF) graphics, not BMPs, and it wasn't printer-specific. The KB
article is http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=264709.

It could be a problem in the Epson printer driver. Check their website
for an update.
