Printscreen Copied to Outlook Help PLS

F

Fred

I do a lot of printscreens helping others. When I do a printscreen and
paste into my Outlook email using Office as my editor, the picture is too
big. It is so big that I can't scroll to the right and grab a corner. I
have to reduce the size every time to get to the corner so I can use the
crop tool.

Is there a way to tell Office to reduce the size of imported pictures by 25%
or something?

TIA,
Fred

Not that I know of, but you might find a screencapture tool (which captures
only a part of the screen) helpful. For instance,
http://www.bayden.com/other/mezer.htm.

I use the Mezer tools with Office 2003 every day when writing
specifications.

While I do use them, they're not a Microsoft product, so I cannot officially
vouch for them. Feel free to send me any questions you have though and I'll
try to help you out.
