problem about removing hours from administrative project and add decimal hours in different days

Hi,

I have a serious problem . I make a report in EPM for administrative project
and calculating user holidays in which vacations and sick.
we are using manage period options.

I entered vacations of different team members which take leaves but when we
want to remove wrong hours from administrative project which has entered by
mistake . we need to go and select unmanage period from web access .
and then republish the administrative project again then the hours from
administrative project is removed and not displaying in report.
and entered decimal hours in many days .
pls tell me what is the problem.

You should not enter planned work (for vacations etc.) for your resources on
an Admin project. Only resources should enter planned Admin time, using the
"Notify my manager of time I will not be available for project work" feature.

To correct time entered by mistake, use the Adjust Actuals feature.

Using Admin projects incorrectly, especially when using Managed Time
Periods, will cause very serious - and confusing - problems. You should
consider deleting the Admin project and creating a new one from a template.
Then, follow the directions in the Help section, to be sure you use Admin
project correctly.
