Problem after downloading trial of Publisher 2007

I'm having a problem with opening pictures in Microsoft Photo Editor after
downloading a trial of Publisher 2007. A message comes up that says "Error
Reading File". No other info is provided and it doesn't effect opening all
the pictures in the same file... just certain ones.

Is the Photo Editor still installed? Office 2003 removes the Editor, it might be
removed in 2007 as well and will need to be re-installed.
